EXCHANGE POLICIES

At KC HATS we have a strict policy regarding exchanges, refunds and returns of our product.
We do not make refunds or purchase cancellations except as required by KC HATS.
We are responsible for product changes if the error comes directly from our company, covering all costs involved.
It is the customer's responsibility to correctly verify the items they wish to purchase before finalizing their purchase, since if they make a mistake, KC HATS will not be responsible for additional costs for changes. It will be the client's responsibility to cover the shipping costs for an exchange if requested if the error comes from his part.
